Use
End User License Agreement (EULA) governing your use of the KnowIt mobile application, distributed via the Apple App Store.
Preamble
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA") is entered into between Nolan Essertaize, sole trader (Entrepreneur Individuel — EI) (hereinafter "the Publisher"), and any individual who downloads, installs or uses the KnowIt mobile application (hereinafter "the Application").
This agreement is concluded solely between the Publisher and the end user, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Application or its content.
Downloading, installing or using the Application constitutes your full and unreserved acceptance of this EULA. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately uninstall the Application.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple devices you own or control, solely in accordance with the usage rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Permitted uses
Download and install the Application on devices registered to your Apple ID account.
Use the Application for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes.
Access updates published on the App Store under the scope of this license.
Restrictions
Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent all or part of the Application.
Reverse-engineer, decompile or decipher the source code of the Application.
Sub-license, transfer or assign the rights granted under this EULA to any third party.
Remove or alter any intellectual property notices contained in the Application.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
KnowIt Pro — Premium Subscription
The Application offers an auto-renewable subscription KnowIt Pro providing access to advanced features (unlimited flashcard generation, voice analysis, detailed statistics). The subscription price and duration are clearly displayed on the subscription screen prior to any purchase.
Billing and Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the same frequency and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management and Cancellation
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time from Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund is granted for the period already started.
Apple Inc. is the entity responsible for processing your payment. Any refund request must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their purchase policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, its source code, design, graphics, algorithms and all other elements are the exclusive property of Nolan Essertaize EI and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights in the Application to you. You remain the owner of the content (flashcards, notes) you create through the Application.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
The Publisher collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law. Full details on how your data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Publisher does not warrant that the Application will be free from errors, bugs or service interruptions.
In the event of a failure of the Application, you should contact the Publisher directly. Apple has no obligation of maintenance or support with respect to the Application.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher's liability shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid for the Application in the preceding twelve months.
7. Intellectual Property Claims
In accordance with Apple's requirements, any claim relating to alleged infringement of intellectual property rights by the Application must be addressed directly to the Publisher at the contact details provided in section 1.
Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving such claims.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice from the Publisher, if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your devices.
The Publisher also reserves the right to terminate this license at any time, particularly in the event of a breach of App Store rules or fraudulent conduct.
